And I don't think we are that bad @ all, we never get any complains about our services..

There should be someone in the livechat each moment of the day, BUT all our support people are currently located somewhere in europe, we will try to fix this soon! On a side note the customer helpdesk tickets are always answered within 3 hours after submitting, wich should be good to know.
As for the phonenumber, we don't offer phone support at this time, we might be offering it in the future (wich ofcorse is wishfull).
