i am 15 years old and i went on work experience to a web design place where i created a web site for my dads business. The web site is workin fine but the only problem is the e-mail address that was set up for me but they told me 2 ring them when 2 set them up in outlook or express but everytime i ring he is out or he says he is busy at the moment and i am fed up of ringing im. So i would like some help on the pop3 settings and the stmp.
