Connection timeout

Hello guys, I set up forums yesterday and everything was working fine.

Until, today I went on them and it wasn't loading for me.
I tried several browsers, but it didn't load. It said "Cannot display webpage", "Connection timed out", etc.

But, the forums are up for everyone else .
So, I'm confused, why aren't they working for me, but for everyone else ?

Did you run command prompt as admin?

Also, try clearing your temp internet files.

click start pearl > type "cmd" without quotes in Search programs and files > right click on CMD and click run as administrator.

try

ipconfig/flushdns

again, if you get the same error, type in

set

and copy / paste the results here.
