I've just hit my 1 year mark with http://www.advihost.com and its been fantastic! I actually mean it. Theres been no major problems. All my questions have been answered easilly and quickly. When 1 month i couldn't pay them they gave me 2 weeks extra to find the cash. I havn't been on a host like them.
My previous host which has now closed down due to some fraud issues used to treat me like dirt. They never used to help me and they cancelled when i told them about my work issues. I couldn't work for one week which meant i got paid late and they just heartlessly terminated my account.
Anyway i just felt like sharing my story with you guys to give some respect to the other guys at advihost.com
