This is an excerpt from ISP's Acceptable Use Policy (prohibited activities)
ii. post, store, transmit or disseminate any information or material which a reasonable person could deem to be objectionable, offensive, indecent, pornographic, harassing, threatening, embarrassing, distressing, vulgar, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive or otherwise inappropriate, regardless of whether such material or its dissemination is unlawful;

So that does that mean that visiting any pornographic site is off limits under those terms?

Technically yes.

The chances that they'll actually terminate your agreement (unless it's minors, which your ISP cancelling your service would be the least of your worries...) are small I'd say.
