1 and 1 are a bunch of cowboys... i've got a £6500 chargebecause their system failed to work and then they told me it was my fault and wont budge on that.
The owners indian and lives in germany.. the tech support are indian and hard to understand and even after you've had a huge ruck with them on the phone you get an email asking if you are pleased with their service.
I'd give anything to beat the owner and all staff of 1and1 to death.
So dont touch them.
