Default How to do a keyword search within a website?

I remember reading a while ago that you can use a certain phrase in a search engine to bring up results for a specific website. Basically I need to search for one specific word on a website and bring up the page that has this number on it.

It was something like {w ww.abc.com: searchterm} or something but I can't get it to work.

Anyone know the correct syntax to do this?

Isnt it with " " around the text? I know google operates this way.

Hmmm. tried that and it didn't seem to work for finding text on that site, it found the name of the actual page though.

If anyone knows of an app or something that I could buy that would work too. For the purpose I need to be able to search text on a web site I would be willing to pay.

Do you mean like
site:youtube.com something (the other way around works as well)
