DMOZ submission

About two months ago, i submitted my site to DMOZ. At that time, my site was up and running well. But after about two or three weeks after i did my submission, my server went dead. It remained dead and is still not up. So my site was offline. I put a message on the man page of the site explaining the problem and that the site will be back up shortly.

Does DMOZ still accept sites that are in my situation? I mean, it wasn't my fault. It was the hosting fault. Also, if my site doesn't get submitted to DMOZ, do i get an email notificaiton?

That hard to do. The contact links all seem to be dead. Plus they don't really answer questions or even do anything by most peoples accounts.
