Who is the best domain registrar?

I use http://www.tosdomains.net when i purchase domain names. I have not had any problems, but i havn't ever used anything else so i can't compare with other sites.

I have used other registrars, but I have been using registerfly.com for over 5 years and I am now a reseller with them. I have been very happy.
