Websites and Taking Photo's Of Kids

I have to make a website for a children's swimming school. Client want's his photo's of him giving coatching to children. This kids will be in their swimsuits and speedos.

Now is there any hard and fast law out there on what I can and can not publish when it comes down to publishing photo's of children on the website.
Last thing I want to be is on a legal end of some one claiming child abuse or worse.


BTW, any one that makes any Pedobear remarks in this thread will be reported!

AFAIK no. But you might want to put up a TOS or EULA that users have to agree to when they view the pictures. That way they know what they are about to see. Either that or jsut a page with a warning.

Then if you gets hits like every hour from a IP address. Report it.

Ask the parents of the children to sign an athorization giving permission to use the fotos in the webpage and show them the pictures you are planning to use.

i believe around this end of the world Harper, all you need is consent from the parents (as well as the child i guess, though the parent has the veto).
