My question is that how do u upload a streaming video from your computer without a Tv card. Is there something as virtual tv card cauz i have a tv card (Hauppauge PVR-350 but its not built to upload streams and i really wanna upload videos. Please tell me how to do it. Any software name or anything would be helpfull.
