hi guys,
you can skip this part>>>"i want to get into web design or web making or what ever you call it. im planning on starting a business not the actual web designing (ill call it that) but i need to be able to make one or more websites. i learned quite a bit of microsoft office along with photoshop when i was about 9 or 10 which was ages ago and this is close to totally irelevant since i forgot almost all of the stuff due to not using the knowledge since then. not bad at all with computers probably over average compared to most people besides über pro gamers hackers n crackers or what ever (i also learn really fast) my point being that is not my problem with the the question i am going to ask......"
however what i want to ask is: what is the best software to start with from scratch, what is the best software that i can learn to use which will be easy to swich from one software to another what i mean is a software which uses the same tools and stuff so that when new software comes out or i simply swich i wont have to learn everything from the begining again besides the new and improved features ofc , which software is good to start but also good on a profesional level (which is my goal) as in a software that like (eg photoshop) is easy to start with but also is usefull for a pro do do all the fancy stuff. also what other software will i need.
my "second" question is what can i use to learn with that i mean tutorials, learning dvds, ebooks w/e. preferably somthing visual like videos, dvds and stuff since im not very patient and my consentration wanders off if im reading and looking at diagrams. and preferably some well known and popular ones that i can actually find and i tend to "try before i buy" arghh... if you know what i mean....
btw i am completely new to this forum and this is my first post and i barley ever use forums which might explain alot above^^^. and btw please do not tell me that there are other threads about this cuz that rly anoys me since i asked very specifically what i need.
E-man
thanx in advance.
