i have been using notepad all along to transfer code to word.
i use just host for a host for my page. i've thought about tranfering the code for the entire page (preSave when it's correct) to a html edit page on just host. i'm not too good at that. just host html editor doesn't use asp which is what i'm dealing with with word.

update:
got it!!!!!!!!!
i was guessing and used us-ascii on just host html editor since it didn't have .asp
ended up with only a few character errors.
