Someone I know personally, they're basically the top person at my school and I can fully recommend him. He's in the UK though, so I dunno if that would be an issue.

How do you mean top person in school as in; as an up and coming student or a teacher

He's in my year (final year), and is top as in best results and clearly very intelligent.
