You can use any fonts that are installed on your system can be used in Photoshop. They just have to be installed to the C:\Windows\Fonts folder.

After they are installed there you can then close out the Character sub-window and reopen it to see the new additional fonts.

For free fonts check Google. There are many places to get fonts. is the first one that comes to mind.

I use for quick fonts, and found a few mega font packs on TPB that are quite handy.

Others already said it, but dafont has always had everything I ever needed for fonts.
