Where would you all suggest I insert the link?

Also, I just setup all the Program Links to open in a separate window so the user isnt navigated to a different page

Actually it should be just style="border:none;", to ensure compatibility.

It's not a big deal in Firefox because it asks to download the link, but in IE it actually opens the Word and PDF docs in the browser. If you add a target="_blank" tag to the link then it will open the guide in a new browser window and keep your index there.

That code isn't working. It still loads it in the browser. I've done it before with .PDF but cant remember the correct code
