I know that the site serves one, fairly simple purpose. And it's just that reason why I would've done via just a single page. Just list the OS type:

I understand why someone would want to give someone a diverse option set... but I have a hard time following that logic to the extent of giving someone a single document. Just institutes the chance for broken links.... more to update, more to ZIP up and just more more more more more work in general in case you update it in the future...
1 page, 3 OS types, 2 types of docs per OS... pretty simple
(then of course your footer links)
Or just an application that would run, recognize all of the different variables that might be included and then do the cleaning for them. Yea, it's a lot of work, but pretty straight forward.
