making a sig for someone, need advice

BTW where in the world do you get the pics to put in your sigs I have looked everywhere.

o i love my anime stuff, but my tech style doesnt compare to theirs.

I go into image search and type something in, like for my last sig shuffle. then look untill i find onei like.

also www.boxtorrents.com has about 1,000 different animes maybe more and a pretty active forum, so you can find alot of nice images there.

I use the mouse... after seeing my friend pop out great quality Anime without useing a tablet I figured that I would save the money... plus I'm only a student my mom just owns photoshop. =P
