I'm looking for a program

I guess this would be the best place for this thread. I'm looking for a free program that will let me cut out images from a big one, which then will turn it into a HTML file. The only program that I know can do it is Photoshop. Any help. Thanks.

You could try xnview to generate html or thumbnail galleries from images.
