This is like trying to find a needle in a haystack :s Why dont you just redo it, it would take like 2 minutes. Or post a screenshot of the file with all the slices so I can see what Im looking at without having to rightclick everything :s

Looks like you spelled 'background' wrong multiple times

Just looking at it I would say CSS problem. Make sure the css doc is right and is linked.

Looking at it real quick, I know what's messing up the sides, but I don't know about the white images up top.
