Adobe Photoshop CS2, ImageReady CS2, GIMP 2, and MS Paint.net (because normal paint sucks) , ummmmm and thats about it there might be one or two more. hey whats up with FireWorks I tryed it but I don't like it much whats it used for? oh by the way "MS Paint.NET" is free google it ^^
