A few Q's about making a sig

I want to try and make a sig, can i use a animated .gif file for that and if so how would i go about making one.

Eg. what software to use/any instructions.

Yes you can use a gif in your sig, as you have already tried.

To make one, I use and recommend ImageReady that comes with Photoshop.

cool, what i want to do is use a different .gif and add my system specs to it to make it all a bit smaller.

Is there a trial version of Photoshop avaliable or only the full version.

Once you learn the basics of photoshop image ready will be easy. Im really big into using photoshop so if you have any questions, dont hesitate to ask.

Hmm, always good to have more pshoppers on this forum, as most of the users here don't use photoshop, and this forum is pretty desolate.
