I've got an amazing IDEA. We have some very wonderful designers wiling away their time on tech-forums. Why don't we jam up a team and start a designing services for Tech-Forums like 'TF Designs' or something like that. Its gonna raise funds for TF. Also we won't be needing designers and programmers to develop a website as we have enough of both. If someone gives it a go then I tell you I'M IN DUDE!

What would keep the designers here. In a real businiess they are getting paid but probono people are usually flakey.
