Anyone knowledgeable on the subject of: legal issues, pictures of concrete things, such as buildings, landscape, cityscape, etc. AND if you take the picture yourself?

example: I go take a picture a big building in a city. I then post that image on a website.
a) Can I legally do that?
b) Do I have rights (all of them) to that image?
c) If I wanted too, can I sell that image?

thanks

PS. wanted to ask, just in case any "legal people" check out the board ;)

im not a lawyer so dont take my word for it but im almost positive you have all the rights to the image.

if the picture is of a Federaly owned or Privately owned buisness car etc..., Or can jepordize the saftey of anyone in anyway thenyou cant

other then that, you can upload whaty you want

Unless that building is owned by the government you have all the rights unless it is condeming someones business, health, or repuation
