Banner needed

I'm creating a website for a customer and need a banner made if someone would be so kind to make me.

This is the site below

Aquatics and Exotics

This is the background of the banner he wants

The Aquatics and Exotics logo at the top, he wants that incorporated into the water background. Either it being the logo that it is now or use the words, font, shark, color to just lay on top of the water but visible enough to see clearly.

Any one want to take a stab at making this look better than what I did?

Doubt my editing skills are good, and I'm sure someone can do much better...but just for trying sake, wonder if this can work?

It's big, maybe you can resize to fit?

That looks good but the logo looks like its moving, like its fuzzy or something, can you fix that?

Can you make it longer? When I stretch it, its distorted.

I need it to start at Home and end at Contact Us and bring down the height some, just a tad.
