AVI frame extractor

does anyone know a program that could first rip out all the 213 frames of my AVI clip and then turn them into some kind of pictures (PNG,BMP,JPG doesn't matter).
i have found tons of programs that could turn 1 by 1 into images but that would make me crazy sitting there with 213 frames...
