I have some pictures that i wanted to make a GIF. file . I searched this forum but no luck yet . What's the best "FREE" program for making a GIF file ? Thanks in advance .

GIMP or Paint.NET would be your best options really. You will have to create animation. I am not even sure if they have this option. I know that Photoshop can do it for sure but it isnt free.

VidGIF is a nice app, that has a free trial
