I don't get paid I could of been paid between $40 and $100, depending on who was buying and such.
Like I say, it depends on the webmasters needs. Phorce wanted an elegant looking site which was optimized for speed (as the owner is still on dialup) ... I provided it.

Problem is, there're standards these days for "interoperatability" (W3C) and other things. You can't expect people to be happy with ****ing enormous pages, loads of images, and HTML tags that don't exist.

a) With pages that big, your hits would soon stop due to overload on bandwidth consumption
b) People won't come back because the pages take too long to load
I'm not kidding. You probably wouldn't get a single Australian on that site, 'cos they're all on 56k, and I am damn sure they ain't gonna sit around for 1 minute just to see pretty table effects
