Will Windows 7 or any other Windows OS work on a Mac? Sorry if this is in the wrong section I wasn't sure if this had to do with Mac/Apple or Windows OS.

Sincerely,

Yes, they will. Assuming it's a relatively recent Mac, anyway. Look up Boot Camp.

Based on the requirements (I really know very little about Macs :p):
* An Intel-based Mac with the latest firmware
* A Mac OS X v10.5 Leopard installation disc or Mac OS X Disc 1 included with Macs that have Leopard preinstalled for installation of Windows drivers
* 5 GB free hard disk space (15 GB is recommended for Vista)
* A full version of one of the following OSs:
o Windows XP Home Edition or Professional with Service Pack 2 or higher (32-bit editions only)
o Windows Vista Home Basic, Home Premium, Business, or Ultimate RTM or higher (both 32-bit and 64-bit editions).
It pretty much says what kinda Mac you need. And according to Wikipedia any Mac after 2005 will do (that's when they switched from PowerPC to Intel).

If it was purchased within the past couple of years when Mac's started to use Intel CPU's then you can run Windows. If you have a older Mac, which you should know since Snow Leopard doesnt have support for PowerPC chips anymore, then you wont be able to run Windows.

So if you can get or have Snow Leopard, you can run Windows via Boot Camp.

Click on the apple in the top left-hand corner and select 'About this Mac'
If it's got an intel processor and Mac OS X version 10.5 or higher you can run windows.
