Will mac start getting many viruses soon?

Will mac become like windows and start rolling up in spyware and viruses?

As far as I know there have always been viruses for macs, just not as prevelant because theres no point in making them, you can only infect a certain group of people.

Personally, I believe thyey will become pre prevelant, just becuase programs built on x86 archetecture can now run on macs.

The first virus for Mac was like a few months ago. No one wants to make viruses for Mac cause they are a smaller target than Windows.

Viruses have nothing to do with it being an Intel, its all about the OS.

If you can get iPhoto to run in Windows, let me know.

Windows Viruses target Windows specific software security issues, not hardware.

Well if you are dual booting with boot camp and get a virus while booted into XP isnt it safe to say that the "Mac" caught a virus?
