Lightbulb Upgrading MacBook Hardware

I have an older MacBook (A113) that is running OS Mountain Lion. I was wondering if I switch out the ssd for higher storage and the ram, if I could upgrade to High Sierra?

Can you verify that model number? I think there's a number missing (e.g. A1103)
