transfrering music from pc to mac

whats the easiest way to transfer music from my pc to my mac.. i am connected through Lan

In System Preferences, go to Sharing, then enable Windows sharing. Just log into your Windows box (make sure sharing is enabled on it, too) and copy the files to the directory you want them in.
