taking apart a mighty mouse

my mighty mouse's scroll ball didnt want to scroll down any more ... so i thought i'd open her up and clean her.

it scrolled just fine after i cleaned it.

i thought i was done cleaning mice when they came out with optical mice ...

and that was in the 90's

Ten-To-One, I would guess that there was just a loose connector or something and taking it apart and putting it back together fixed this problem. I wouldn't be surprised if you never need to clean it again after this.

there was some grime and stuff clogging up the rollers, guess i should wash my hands after i come home from work every day or something.

i tried to show it in the picture with the eraser but it didnt come out.

but yeah they may have been the case.

oh yah that would put gunk on anything same with my dad grease everwear.
