Question about the Apple Store

If I buy a mac at an Apple Store can I can get the harddrive upgraded when I buy it right?

yeah, when you select to buy it it will have you configure it before it gets added to your cart

At the store you have to ask if they have a computer in stock with the setup you want. Otherwise they will custom order it for you. (which I think will cost extra, but I'm not sure)
