i am getting a used Powerbook G3 Wallstreet. and it has no hardrive, wich means no OS. for that powerbook, waht OS should i get, nd i heard that OS X wont work on the Powerbook G3 Wallstreet

The Wallstreet is capable of utilizing the newest version of OS X 10.2.x You just need to have a proper amount of RAM installed for it to run correctly.
However, I would suggest you stick with 9.2 or something.

The maximum amount of RAM that the PB G3 can actually hold is 512mb, contrary to the 192mb that Apple claims.

I'm pretty sure its just typical ATA... the original HD size was 2gb, so you definitely wanna upgrade. I'll bet that if you ask from wherever you're ordering the HD, they'll know and will tell you
