Theres Powerlogix Powerforce G4 450mHz Processor Upgrade Card (on Ebay for $40 AUD) which the seller says " I have had this card running in a 7300 and 9600 Powermac, it hammers under OS9 and works very well under OSX (use XPost Facto).". So i can upgrade this 100mhz 7500 to a 450mhz G4!

Im having a few problems with the memory. I install a 32mb Module and it doesnt turn on (it makes a funny noise instead of the normal noise). Is there a special way for me to install ram into this machine?
