I'm using a MacBook at work and whenever I open any application in the suite i get the "Microsoft Word has encountered a problem and needs to close...etc." I tried deleting OfficePID.plist in one of the directories and it prompted me to put in the product key and agree to the UELA but the same problem now persists. Does anyone know a solution to this problem?
