network folder acess

hey well im acessing my windows downloads folder downstairs from my ibook and its sort of a hassle because everytime i turn my ibook on I have to open the drive then go to network then go to mshome then go to my account then open the downloads folder is their any easier way like having the folder automatically show up on my ibook startup instead of having to go through all the steps.. i tried dragging and dropping the folder physically but it gave me a error where i dont have admin rights

I hate networking PCs to MACs myself. They seem to act "naturally" RETARDED together. I have the same kinda drop-out problems, maybe not as bad as yours, ...how do you link the 2 togthe? Using SMTP or some other method?

i just use the windows sharing feature on the ibook.
