Need help with Ipod Video

Hi, i just recently spent $500 AUD on a Ipod Video, and i dont know how to upload photos or Mp3's on it.
Can someone help?
P.S::: I have Itunes 6.0 installed

 

[The General]

add all your mp3's to your itunes library, then go to preferences and under the IPOD tab, make sure you have it set to automatically copy music to your ipod, then go to photos, direct it to the folder with all your photos and shit in it, and to automatically update (you dont have to make it automatically update, i just find it convenient) and then close and plug in your ipod, if you havent already plugged it in, it will ask you to set it up, type in whatever you want to name it and what not, then it should automatically copy all your stuff onto it, but if it doesnt, right click on your ipod in the list on the left where you see library podcasts videos store and all that, and hit update. thats it, its pretty simple. just a little setup, then its all automatic.
