I installed Leopard on my machine which is a......Acer Aspire One Netbook ZG5. But anywho when I was going through the install at one prompt it asked me how does the computer connect to the internet, and I selected that it does not connect to the internet becuase I wasnt planning on installing the driver for the network card. But later on I decided I would so I installed the driver I pluged in the ethernet cable but I never get internet. It doesnt even show that the cable is plugged in. My question is, by me selecting that it does not connect to the internet, would that have anything to do with my problem? And any suggestions on a fix?

Sorry but OS X on anything but a Apple machine is strictly forbidden by the Apple Term of Use. As such it is illegal and against our rules.
