So, I have enough money to get a 30GB iPod and I was wondering...does Apple have a backorder for their iPods?

Everyone in this city is sold out and that made me think that Apple might have a backorder on them as well (through the online store).

Does anyone know?

ACK! I just checked the status of the order to see when the esimated arrival is...December 29th! I ordered overnight shipping, and seeing as how it's Christmas, it shouldn't be here until Tuesday, but the 29TH!

$20 extra for the same speed as the free order...what...the...heck.

hey my aunt ordered me a nano, black 4 gig ordered it chrismas day it wont be here until jan 11 god **** it.

while the white 2 gig my aunt wanted is comming in three days.

i guess its because blacks the more popular color
