ipod. more problems

so my ipod died 2 weeks before warranty expires (lucky me, still got 2 weeks left on my warranty) i had full battery, my ipod kept resetting itself for almost 5 mins, then my battery completely died. it never came back to life. i took it to the apple store and they gave me a refurbished one (which is good) today. i charged it, filled it up with my music, docked it in my iHome, and 3 hours later, this replacement ipod refuses to power on.... ARGHH

maybe returning to factory settings. or got back to the apple store and see what they have to say
