iPod battery replacement

Does anyone know the BEST 3 gen, 40 gig iPod replacement internal battery? i have a 40 gig, 3 gen iPod. Please keep in mind that all the 3 gen batteries don't always work in the 40 gig because of its size.

Only Apple does internal battery replacements to the tune of $99.

nah...i wanna replace my own battery...like pop the case. I'm trying to find someone i can borrow a guitar pick off of to pop the case.

It's a lot cheaper that way too.
