Ibm Rs6000

I have an IBM Risc box and was wondering if it was possible to instal OS X on it or Suse. Any help would be appreciated.

that is a interesting problem. I would guess no, mainly because probly osx wouldnt recognise it, but i still might. Could you give some more info on the box?

I know that this particular one has just over a gig of memory. I have two or three of these machines laying around with no real purpose so I thought some experimentation was in order.

use a search engine and look up darwin, im guessing it will run on that, probably a version of freebsd will as well

I've found that people have been able to get Linux onto it and I have found some directions. Now I'm interested in OS X.

well start with darwin, darwin is basically OS X without the GUI, you wont likely be able to get the GUI to run on it, im sure you could run an X server on it though
