He's looking for some thing that it better than your stock standard OCR software that gets bundled in with scanners as they normally require ALOT of proof reading. Main issues times new roman fonts where n show gets mistaken for ri. a and e get confused. Same with i, t, and j. Because of this problem, you are some times just better off writting every thing from scratch.
