Default E-mail help

i was just wondering if anyone knew of an easy way, preferably free, to transfer e-mail from entourage on osx to outlook on xp.

pc person here did a little searching for you and I think it can be simple...
based off if your email is pop or imap...

yeah im a pc person as well, its just my boss has been using a mac lately and is switching back to his pc and was asking me if i knew of anything so i told him i'd check around.

no i haven't checked that link out yet, but i'll look throught it. i found some program called aid4mail or something i think it might do the trick.

I can back atomic tofu - providing your mail server is pop or imap, those few tools that were reccommended are useful. Been there done that.
