The affected notebooks include several MacBook Pro models: the 17-inch notebook, with a 2.4-GHz CPU; the 15-inch model, with either a 2.2-GHz or 2.4-GHz CPU; and MacBook Pros shipped in early 2008. All told, the affected MacBook Pros were manufactured between May 2007 and Sept. 2008, and all contain an Nvidia GeForce 8600M GT graphics chip.
