I have an airbook with Parallels installed. Everything was working fine, but now I get the error message, 'A disk read error occurred. Press Cntrl+Alt+Del to restart.' I can create a new 'image' (not sure what you call it) and that works, but there are some documents that I want from the old one. Is there a way of fixing the old 'image' to get it to work? I tried to Google the information, but I keep coming up with links for parallel cables. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
