I have a small home network of three computers. I have a linux gateway box, a box running Mac OS x 10.3.3 and a box running Windows XP Home.
Both the Linux and the Mac box can access the internet with no problems whatsoever.
The windows box is a different story however. According to all the tests i can do everything is working fine. I can ping both my internal network IPs and IPs out on the internet including my modem and my isp. Domain name resolution also works fine.
However, when surfiing a web page using IE or another browser such as Mozilla, an initial connection is made and then no more data comes back. The browser freezes and the page does not load any further. You get about enough data to return a google search query and thats it.
I would be most grateful for any ideas as I am getting nowhere fast
Thanks
