Default Are wireless properties stored in the profile of XP?

I have a system here and a default profile created. I'm upgrading some things, IE7, newer flash player, newer adobe reader, etc. But it's erroring out and I was just thinking I'd do a fresh install and bring over the old default profile.

Thing is, the building this computer is from is several miles away and connects to its own wireless network there. I'm wondering... are wireless properties stored in the profile? If I take the default profile and dump it on this PC would I have any luck in it showing in wireless properties the network that it was previously connected to before I reformatted it?

Default Re: Are wireless properties stored in the profile of XP?

As I remember it I would backup and restore wireless profiles in xp but I would have to re enter the wep key.

This may help you but I have not used it.
Backup and restore your wireless networks settings by using WirelessMigrator - Just code - Tamir Khason
